Dearborn Surgical Associates participates with most of the major insurance plans. To ensure accurate processing, please bring your insurance card each time you visit the office. This helps us bill your insurance carrier directly and stay current with your policy. Also be sure to notify us if your insurance coverage changes.

Since coverage differs among insurance plans, it is the patience's responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance carrier prior to your office visit. Some plans do not cover office visits, outpatient testing or surgical procedures.

Payment of any co-pays and non-covered services is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard and Visa. As a courtesy, we will submit a claim for covered services to your insurance company.
